I am a independent design & illustration service based near the beautiful Swansea Bay area.

Founded by myself, Sandra, a former graphic designer for one of South Wales’ biggest media company, I bring over 20 years experience to this new and exciting business. Providing customers with down-to-earth solutions in all areas of graphic design: from printed/digital design to brand identity, from logo creation to social media artwork.

As well as a graphic design, I am able to cater for all your artistic and illustrative needs – from book covers to diagrams, from maps to other illustrative work. I use both traditional mediums such as watercolour and digital artwork using a graphics tablet.

It is so inspiring living near such beautiful places like the Gower Peninsula and Mumbles where a walk along the beach can spark a whole lot of creative ideas. The name Sandstar isn’t a play on my name, but inspired by my love of nature that is all around: from the golden sands of beaches to the sparkling stars in the galaxy I find inspiration is all around us. Like Vincent Van Gogh once said ‘if you truly love nature, then you will find beauty everywhere’
